2. PRICE & PAYMENT TERMS

- Booking Amount: 50% advance with purchase order
- Balance Payment: 50% before delivery/installation
- Payment Methods: Bank Transfer / Cross Cheque / Cash
- Invoice: Official tax invoice provided
3. WARRANTY TERMS
New Generators:
- Perkins: 2 Years or 2000 Hours (whichever first)
- Cummins: 2 Years or 2000 Hours
- Caterpillar: 1 Year or 1000 Hours
- FG Wilson: 1 Year or 1000 Hours
- Denyo: 1 Year or 1000 Hours
Warranty Covers:
- ✅ Manufacturing defects in engine and alternator
- ✅ Faulty parts replacement (genuine parts only)
- ✅ Labor for warranty repairs
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- ❌ Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence
- ❌ Normal wear and tear (filters, belts, hoses)
- ❌ Damage from improper installation by third parties
- ❌ Fuel system issues from contaminated fuel
- ❌ Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- ❌ Force majeure events (floods, fire, lightning)
4. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
- Delivery within 3-10 working days after payment clearance
- Free delivery within Karachi city limits
- Installation and commissioning included in price
- Buyer must prepare site (foundation, fuel storage, electrical connections)
- Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery
5. AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
- Free Service: First service free within 250 hours or 3 months
- Technical Support: Phone/WhatsApp support 24/7
- Spare Parts: Genuine parts available at discounted rates
- AMC Option: Annual Maintenance Contract available at special price
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND
💰 REFUND POLICY
- Before Dispatch: 90% refund (10% processing fee)
- After Dispatch: No refund
- Wrong/Damaged Delivery: Full refund or replacement
- Refund Time: 7-14 working days
7. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate specifications and requirements
- Ensure proper ventilation and exhaust system
- Arrange fuel supply meeting manufacturer standards
- Allow access for delivery and installation team
- Follow manufacturer's operating instructions
- Maintain service records
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Seller's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price
- Seller not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Seller not responsible for power outages or business interruption
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- First attempt: Mutual negotiation within 15 days
- Second: Mediation by neutral third party
- Final: Courts of Karachi, Pakistan
